No response when using note as context

Model used: OpenAI ChatGPT 5

I am using

• a custom prompt
• a note as context

There is no ouput. at all.

• I have enough funds for using the api
• I am getting results, but not every time and not in the combined settings.
• Even when I strip the prompt and the note of almost everything, no response.

gpt-5 API is slow and can time out in some cases. You mentioned it's not consistent, and I see "final AI response" is empty from the API, that's highly likely an API issue and not a Copilot issue. Can you still reproduce this? I can't.

And btw, why is your token accumulator not showing?
