Saved conversation mismatch

I am note sure I'll be able to replicate the issue so I did not disable other plugins. It is not the first time I use the same workflow and before this occurence I had no issue.

Before writing anything else I need to thank you Logan for the creation of this fantastic tool. You rock Logan! Copilot rocks!

I use an home made OS that proposes me during conversation cycles to create or update notes. I did not implement @composer yet, so for now my OS is giving me a path where to save and the note name, then the content of the note itself appears in the chat. I have to manually copy/paste the contant to an empty note. To do so, I dont copy directly from the chat, but I'd rather save the conversation and open the saved .md file to copy from it. I've been doing this several times with no issue, but today I stumble on this: there is a mismatch between what is shown in the chat and what appears in the saved conversation. In the chat I can see a title line "# NOESIS — Spécification Brain notes (ZCF-like) — v0.2.1" and in the save conversation I find "# 20251227_132654@Peux-tu_faire_une_recherche_Internet_sur_ZCF_puis_comparer_son" instead. The expected title was replaced with the name of the actual saved conversation.

Thanks for reporting! It seems the chat content has been improperly processed during save 🤔 Noted, will look into this!
