As per https://github.com/logos-co/mix-rln-spam-protection-plugin/pull/6 , we pinned an SHA for libp2p since the libp2p mix removal PR is merged but no release has been made yet in libp2p. Once libp2p does next release (current is 1.15.3) , we need to pin the release tag to that rather than a SHA hash.
