Expand Store protocol description

Some people, especially new comers can be confused about how to use Store.

Questions that I run into while helping hackers / talking to consumers were:
- what size of data that can be stored;
- how to control it / can if be deleted;
- how it is stored / where is it stored;

Let's try to address some of questions that might appear of people not yet familiar with Waku protocols.
