sds: Investigate bloom filter bug in sds demo

Currently, when running the SDS demo application, only sent messages detected in causal history are marked as acknowledged.

We expect messages sent before that to be acknowledged as well via detection in the bloom filter. This does not seem to be happening in the web app, which likely means there's a bug somewhere in the bloom filter, or with how the application is detecting acknowledgements.
