feat: run dogfooding example in the pipeline

Description

Investigate if we can run an example in pipeline to check for fleet availability and js-waku functionality.

Proposed Solution / Feature Design

Use existing CI step to run an example in pipeline with version of js-waku from the same commit CI step is run against.

Scope is:

• send and received during 5 mins;
• compare sent/received count;
• tolerate some % of missed messages;
