chore: remove deprecated filter implementation

### Description
In the present release next Filter implementation was introduced https://github.com/waku-org/js-waku/pull/2300
Previous implementation was marked as deprecated.

This PR deletes old implementation and there will be some new follow ups in https://github.com/waku-org/js-waku/issues/2431

Proper dogfooding of new Filter was already done by Waku CCs and during W3P hackathon.
