chore(docs): remove redundant docs, update outdated

Hi folks,

I am trying to use waku sdk and i am following this article - https://docs.waku.org/guides/js-waku/light-send-receive#receive-messages-using-filter

Here you see it is using

const { error, subscription } = await node.filter.createSubscription({ contentTopics: [contentTopic] });

whereas in this commit, createSubscription has been removed

Can you help out with right examples to follow?

for now you can refer to this example to see how latest version should be integrated
