chore: fix master tests

Master tests are broken - https://github.com/waku-org/js-waku/actions/runs/17638194440/job/50118844230

• query_on_connect.spec.ts fails due to unhandled promise
• overall tests fail due to error being thrown outside of test suit

Some of the tests are skipped primarily because they are in SDS area that is experimental - work item #2648
