Move protobuf definitions to own repository

## Problem

Currently the protobuf definitions are kept within the project. To make them more accesible, they should be moved to a dedicated repository responsible for cross platform types.

## Notes

This was originally attempted, but lead to a conflict with nimble importing subdirectories. Perhaps not an issue since the project currently uses `nbs`.
