[Deliverable] RLNv2 Web management interface

Summary

Provide a web dapp to interact with the RLNv2 smart contract. Makes it the default way to register RLN for node operators and get the RLN keystore. This means operators will not need to pass an Ethereum private key to their node for registration anymore.

Ensure nwaku-compose docs are update, ie, use the web interface when setting up a node, as part of this change.

We have this item being blocked as we need some validation from nwaku side as to if Keystore format generated by the app is valid from nwaku perspective.

The current nwaku implementation to interact with the contract is not suitable for the new contract. This is the main blocking issue for a node to use the credentials file generated by the jswaku keystore manager.
There is a draft PR with the required updates here logos-messaging/logos-messaging-nim#3390.
It has already been verified that the nwaku registration and keystore generation works using the image from this PR in the waku-simulator.
You can use this image to verify the jswaku keystore manager.
