What Happened?

Queries aren't automatically updating when new nodes match the query.

Reproduce the Bug

1. create a new node with #task
2. create a query with (tags [[Task]]) as the filter
3. observe that the task, created in 1, shows up in the query
4. create a new node with #task
5. the task created in 4 doesn't show up in the query
6. collapse and then expand the query (or go to a different page and come back)
7. now the new task shows up

Expected Behavior

whenever a new node is added in the same page that contains a query that matches it, that query should automatically update
