too many write operations for checkpointing resulting in high cost #105
Description
Irrespective of the checkpoint interval been specified the write operation on storage account for checkpointing happens on batch completion as well. This is resulting in cost issues. Will be good to have a flag to checkpoint only on checkpoint interval and not on batch completion.
