No means of setting timeout for long-running image load #768
Description
I have spent hours searching and I have not found where image load timeouts are addressed for lightbox2. In my situation, image paths are provided by a 3rd party source and not all of them are accurate. If a user clicks on a bad link it will spin forever (or until the user clicks outside of the lightbox area). I have made several attempts at setting a timeout but so far none of them are very elegant. Seems like this should be baked in. (This is my only beef -- everything else is great.)
