api/user.json returns empty json

Hello All ,

Server Ubuntu 16.04

I am testing two API's, one is working as well and returns correct json
https://staging-site.ml/api/search.json?q=fossasia&callback=p

the second one is not working and returns empty json
https://staging-site.ml/api/user.json?screen_name=fossasia

otherwise the same API is working as well from loklak side
https://api.loklak.org/api/user.json?screen_name=fossasia

any help please ,

@baseloo Both: https://baseloo.ml/api/search.json?q=fossasia&callback=p and https://baseloo.ml/api/user.json?screen_name=fossasia aren't working for me:

Even with Docker container it doesn't work , as you can see the below url's
one returns correct response and second doesn't
http://91.93.44.250:2025/api/search.json?q=fossasia&callback=p

http://91.93.44.250:2025/api/user.json?screen_name=fossasia

So i have the same issue in docker container side and also in normal installation for api/user.json?screen_name
