tasker: Not adding entity with invalid device info: Invalid device info...

I followed the steps provided in the instructions but after putting in my PIN to authorise the API with Tasker the Tasker component on Home Assistant remains empty with no entities. Willing to provide more information if requested, not sure what I need to provide.

Hi,

One thing I want to point out is the need for a dummy scene (create any scene in Tasker) if you do not have any scenes.

After, I was getting the error tasker: Not adding entity with invalid device info: Invalid device info... after setting up the Tasker task and HACS integration.

To fix this, I navigated to /homeassistant/custom_components/tasker/init.py

And commented out line 446:

From

default_name=DEFAULT_NAME,

to

#default_name=DEFAULT_NAME

Now it has some errors in logs but is working perfectly. Hope this helps anyone interested in this project.
