style: Use similar calls model()

I see you are using different calls for models. I think we need to apply a single style.
Example:

$users = model(UserModel::class);

Instead of

$users = new UserModel();

I think any cleanup and unification of the code would be welcome. Have you considered of doing it and submitting a PR?

Unfortunately, I don't use the package. It was just a code review.

Maybe someone will pick this up as an easy way to contribute. As it is not an issue per se, I have moved it to discussion area.
