Currently the project is being locked at using python version 3.7 - see [here](https://github.com/looker-open-source/looker_deployer/blob/main/Pipfile#L22). In addition in `setup.py` you have a range - see [here](https://github.com/looker-open-source/looker_deployer/blob/main/setup.py#L34) Would be nice to a) keep both in sync , including docs - see [here](https://github.com/looker-open-source/looker_deployer/blob/main/README.md?plain=1#L106) b) allow/ use a newer version of python - v3.11
