Reduce DDD folder nesting

I think one of the major blocks that prevented people from contributing to backend much this term was the complexity of the file structure itself. Let's try to remove intermediate level folders such as

• mocks/objects/thing/*.ts -> collapse into a single mocks/objects/thing.ts file
