Cannot load new data

Guten Tag! Several months ago I successfully setup the tracker, but now I have changed my callsign and have a new WiFi network to join. I started from new, cloning the repository and modifying the cfg file. I follwed the instructions for the upload exactly as on the website but the new changes will not reflect on the board. It sill shows all the old login information. How can I fix this?
