Hi! Love what you're doing with this project. I have a bulk collection of up-to-date microsoft logos in SVG form that I've collected over time (either extracting from the application, websites or press kits).
I also have a large collection (from an official press kit) of most logos in their full color, negative and positive SVG variants, that can contribute in some time after I've converted them from their weird PDF format to normal SVGs.
I don't have the time at the moment unfortunately to sort all of these into the various categories you have here, but I thought that this could be helpful for anyone who has the time to organize them.
There's also several icons here that I extracted directly from certain office apps that I've almost never seen anywhere else, such as the per-app copilots as a vector.
