I suppose this is not intended, since why disable a feature when finishing it? Map rotation seems to only function when generating maps with buildings, and generations without them will keep a bearing angle of 0, which is extremely inconvenient in some ways. If this is not considered a bug, where the rotation channel is not enabled when generating terrain only, or it is hooked up with building generation, though terrain is already rotated in that case, this is quite disappointing.
