private subnet to loxilb connection timeout issue

My connection from public subnet vm which have public ip act as client its connection is working fine, but the connection from the private subnet vm which only have private ip causing an issue (connection timed out)

Usually this could be a problem with security policy related to the instances. If not after the loxilb instance is created, go to the Action → networking →Source /destination checking and select "Stop" to disable the check. Since LoxiLB is a load balancer, this configration must be disabled for LoxiLB to operate properly.

these are my loxilb operator pod args
- --privateCIDR=private ip of the loxilb node to connect the tcp/32
- --externalCIDR=0.0.0.0/32
what i am missing

I am not sure which guide you followed and what is your deployment scenario. You can check the following guides as per your use-case -

1. AWS eks/k8s external mode guide
2. AWS eks incluster mode guide
3. Floating IP support across multi-AZ guide

Please note that "privateCIDR" argument is only needed for case 3 above.
