Describe the bug

Competency Mastery and Progress is only calculated if a lecture unit is part of the competency.

To Reproduce

1. Hava a competency containing only a programming exercise
2. Solve exercise
   -- Both mastery and progress will be calculated as 0 --
3. Add Lecture Unit to competency
   -- Mastery and progress are now calculated correctly --

Expected behavior

The progress and mastery should be calculated after any change in the linked exercises and units
