Fix Bulk Invitation not sending emails #1765

Describe the bug

The "Bulk Invitation" button functionality seems broken or incomplete. Clicking it should trigger emails to all selected applicants, but currently, no emails are being sent.

To Reproduce

  • LogIn as an applicant by using your TUMid
  • Apply for a job
  • Log In as Professor, review your application
  • Go to the Interview Process for that Job
  • Add yourself to the interview process
  • Try to send a invitation by the "Send invitations" Button

Expected behavior

Clicking on Send Invitations should trigger emails to all unconctacted applicants
