Adjust search filter sort bar padding

Description

• Currently, the search filter sort bar is quite close to top left the primary action button (if there is one). We should add a margin top to the search filter sort bar in those cases.
• The sort component has a different width compared to the multi select component

Tasks

• Adjust margin (give components room to breathe)
• Adjust sizes of search filter sort bar components

Acceptance Criteria

• The padding between the top left button and search filter sort bar should be bigger
• Multi select and Sort are same size
