Description

Currently, the "Back" button in the Assessment Page is located in the footer, which is inconsistent with other pages and harder to reach.

Tasks

• Move the "Back" button from the footer to the top of the page and change it to an arrow.
• Place it next to the page title/header for better visibility and navigation flow.

Acceptance Criteria

• Back button placed correctly and works
