boolean parameter to remove attributes not explicitly listed

This need has been identified in #177

I suggest adding a new boolean parameter for managing the deletion of extra attributes in destination entry not explicitly listed in destination fetchedAttributes.

In the case of a '*' in destination fetched attributes in lsc.xml, this would allow to remove all attributes not listed in source fetched attributes and create/default/force Values
