For users to connect the CLI cm-client to the server, they need to get a token from the web interface at /auth/tokens/. This isn't something they users need to do frequently, but it's something they need to do the first time they start using cm-service, so it would be nice to have some link to the page from the front end. The RSP landing page uses this little drop down menu in the top banner, or maybe something in the page footer? Since it will primarily be first-time-users who are looking for this they will probably need some pointers in the documentation in any case.
