Step 4 (schema) and step 5 (review) when restoring a course into another (with deletion) has odd horizontal scrolling

Looks like there's a minor theming/layout issue when restoring a course into another one.

With the quickmail block installed, there's a couple of new settings when restoring a unit ("Restore Quickmail History" and "Overwrite Quickmail History").

However, the "Restore Quickmail History" settings appears to the right of the Course Settings, causing that section of the page to have weird horizontal scrolling.

I am able to reproduce this with both 3.7 and 3.8 core Boost theme.
