OpenLDAP Service (slapd-ltb.service) Fails to Start During Ansible Role Execution

During the execution of the LDAP role, the task "load config from file" fails when attempting to load the OpenLDAP configuration via slapd-cli. Although the configuration test reports success, the actual service startup fails with the following error:

Job for slapd-ltb.service failed because a timeout was exceeded.
slapd-cli: [ALERT] No PID file for OpenLDAP
