ENHANCEMENT - Web based installer script

Rather than editing config.inc.php directly from local machine, provide web based installer script to populate configuration parameters (with TestConnection option) in config.inc.php file. That would be helpful.

I understand, but this is a very low priority for the project.

Configure local configuration in a separate file is a common practice. Whatever the way to manage the configuration, it is easier to maintain custom settings in a separated file.
