Is it a decision that HOME_JAVA is used if present or by accident?

I need JAVA_HOME for some reasons,
but it points to an older java sdk.
So it prevents ltex-cli from starting.
I have to erase, then it works.

I want to point out, that JAVA_HOME is not used to locate the current java runtimes,
but only to locate sdk functions needed by development tools.

In any case, ltex needs its java 21 although JAVA_HOME may need to point to an older version.
So this may be something like a bug.

I don't know the reasons in detail, because this is a fork of LTeX. This behavior is not a bug, because it's described in the documentation: https://ltex-plus.github.io/ltex-plus/ltex-ls-plus/server-usage.html#startup

I agree with you that the included JRE should be used in favor. This will ease the usage for those who have installed an older JRE/JDK like your. Those who don't want to use the included JRE can use LTeX+ without included JRE (ltex-ls-plus-XX.X.X.tar.gz), of course.
