[Claude] create a code style out from our code base example

use Claude to generate a code style, a linter, github action, based on what we already have and improve it using kernel standards, however, I would like to stick with assign on declaration whenever it's possible. I see advantage on a simplified and reduced code base, but I open to debate ;-).

We had a discussion about this last year where IIRC you were against introducing something like stylua to the codebase (to prevent superfluous dependencies) and we added just an .editorconfig ... Are we talking here about introducing mandating formatting all code added to the repo (I advocate for that, commits will be easier to read without all the addons by people formatters, maybe even put it into the CI) or just authoring another document detailing how to format code added to the repo that will guide people & AI alike ? We have #300 with some work on that front ...

hey @glk0, I do not recall on being against having a code style or CI integration, but only to have a mandatory tool to do so on the code base.. my only concern is to everyone to be free to use their own tools, editors and so on.. however, I'm totally in into reducing the friction here.. I'm with you with this.. please, feel free to join the efforts @Physic69 and @jperon have made.. I'm quite open minded about changing the code style.. =)
