Sign "Didn't use AI"

Problem

Packages that have set "AI asisted" or "AI generated" have blue sign about using AI but both packages that didn't use AI and packages that have not set disclosure have nothing. User doesn't know if package is "AI-free" or "have not set disclosure".

Solutions

Add sign "AI free" (with different color) or sign "AI didn't disclosed" or both
