Here's a couple patches for engine stu.. stuff we use on oysterity anarchy:

• Prevent teleporting too far downwards: luanti-org/luanti@ad3c6d8

  • In mineclone* that allows for super fast travel due to the 8x nether distance translation, in mtg this can be abused for quick mining of diamonds etc.

• Only allow liquids to renew horizontally: luanti-org/luanti@614ecc6

  • without this water cubes that are extremely hard to fight by players can be created relatively easily
