Infotip: Format Not Clearing on New Text Selection #56

Description
When applying the Infotip format to a selected text and then applying it again to another selection, the previous format data is not cleared in the modal.
I expected the modal to reset or clear the previous infotip content when applying to new text.
But instead, the modal retains the infotip data from the previous selection, causing confusion and incorrect formatting.
Steps to Reproduce
- Select a portion of text.
- Apply the Infotip format and enter tooltip content.
- Now select a different portion of text.
- Apply Infotip format again.
- Observe that the modal still contains the tooltip from the first selection.
Expected Behaviour
When applying the Infotip format to a new selection, the modal should open with cleared/default values, not retain the previous infotip data.
