Use named columns instead of indexes in statistic templates #100
Description
Right now, there are multiple references to the columns by indexes inside of by
name in the stats templates on both swarming and isolate servers. Consistently
using names would make it less brittle when a new column is added.
As part of this FR, the common statistics jinja2 template code should be
deduped.
