Issues with contributing

I've now been contributing a bit again, and things aren't as smooth as they used to be. I thought I'd mention the issues here so they can be polished away:

• running lucky dev on the website repo raises bin/lucky.watch: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory, which I don't have on other lucky projects
• the avram and lucky repos use docker-compose in script/setup and script/test; the official way now is docker compose, and on Linux, that should be sudo docker compose
