Why Device ComboBox is null at runtime

I downloaded the project I run successfully but all combo boxes are null in debug I found VideoDevice is null!
I'm

• using windows 2012
• Installed Zoom SDK and the own application
• there is no error in compile

Did you run the get-zoom-libraries.bat batch file to get the ZOOM libraries as written in the README.md?

Yes everything will run successfully but all comboboxes is null

Did you perform step #5 from README.md? You should provide zoom credentials.
