1.0 beta release missing on PyPI

Hi all, I would like to use the latest scorched code.

I see there is some activity that indicates a release happened:

- https://github.com/lugensa/scorched/commits/master

But I cannot find the package on PyPI:
- https://pypi.org/project/scorched/#history

Is it possible to have a release on PyPI? Are there any known issues?
