Some apps dont change fully (Dolphin's integrated terminal, Haruna*)

Describe the bug
When wallpapers and thus colors change, Dolphins' integrated terminal and Haruna (when set to Material You Dark in its settings) don't change colors.

To Reproduce
When having Haruna set with the Material You Dark theme and Dolphin open (happens even when closed/not opened)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Change wallpaper
2. Wait for colors to change

Expected behavior
The colors in the specified apps change.

Additional context
At least for Dolphin, setting the TempMyou theme applies the current colors. Switching back to my own terminal profile afterwards (labeled "Retblast") keeps the colors that TempMyou has.

Dolphin terminal

Dolphin, kate and some other KDE applications use an embedded version of Konsole for the terminal view, currently kde-material-you-colors only "talks" to Konsole windows (using DBus) but not to the embedded Konsole views in other applications, the code that does that is here

it would be a matter of adding the other applications and see if that works or is blocked by #288

Haruna

This is a KDE issue, this happens because these applications are unable to detect that the color scheme has been modified, the same will happen for Kate for example. It works when the applications are using the system color scheme, so maybe there needs to be a signal tells applications that the color scheme has changed so they reload the updated colors. And also allow third parties to send that signal so kde-material-you-colors can trigger it

IMHO it would make sense to have something like that in Konsole and also in KSyntaxHighlighting too, but I am not a KDE developer and don't know if any of this is feasible or easy to implement.
