Improve selection backround color

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On all plasma widgets, the selection color is way too bright for the tabs to be readable, in the calendar and audio for example (attatched iamges)

Describe the solution you'd like
Darken the selection color, since its way too bright.

Describe alternatives you've considered
i usually manually edit the "selection background" to be dark, around 50 on the scale, and it looks perfectly alright

Unfortunately this is a Plasma theme issue, I don't think themes can specify the text color for selections. So the solution for this particular case would be to edit the SVG manually to reduce the opacity of those elements until it becomes readable.

I could make the selections darker but I would prefer not to do that

edit: on breeze plasma theme it's fine since those are just underlined instead of having the background filled
