HTTP 500 Error with osTicket v1.14.1

I've installed the plugin on osTicket v1.14.1, and when i open a ticket, it doesnt work, send me the http 500 error. I have to disable the plugin, and i can open a ticket again with normally.

I understand, everything is normal here, can you get some piece of the error log there?
