A hotkey to return the keyboard focus to Obsidian

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Once the cursor is in the editor, the only way to get out is to use the mouse. If there is a keyboard shortcut to "exit" out of editor, I could not find it. While in the editor, none of the hotkeys defined in Obsidian work.

Describe the solution you'd like
A keyboard shortcut to return the input focus to Obsidian. Alt+X or Escape would be the typical choices for this. You don't even need to worry about conflict with Obsidian hotkeys, as none of them are in effect while in the editor.
