Selective version creation #4

In setups with multiple instances (staging/production), there can be the situation where multiple changes are being worked on on staging, but one of these changes should be deployed to production already.
Solution you'd like
The version creation dialog should have a checkbox UI that allows to select the files to commit. By default, all files are selected but can be unselected one by one. Every file that is not committed stays an open change after the version is created.
