From my recent experience working in the hiring space, I’ve noticed how much AI is starting to shape recruitment. Many companies now use automated screening tools to filter resumes, match keywords, and shortlist candidates before a human even reviews applications. This makes hiring faster, but it also means candidates sometimes get rejected simply because their resume doesn’t match the system perfectly. While working on my own job platform, Off Speak, I’ve seen that combining AI efficiency with real human matching gives better results — candidates feel seen, and employers still save time. AI is definitely transforming recruitment, but the human touch still matters.
