How to visualize geometry

Hi Prof. @lululxvi ,

I would like to visualize geometry created using PointCloud class.

Could you please give some suggestions on how to visualize the geometry?

    .....
    pos = nx.get_node_attributes(H, 'pos')
    pts = [pos[pt] for pt in sorted(pos)]

    pcloud = Points(pts, c='k', alpha=0.5)
    print(type(pcloud.points()))

    geom = dde.geometry.PointCloud(pcloud.points())

I'm trying to plot the geometry; I would like to visualize it before defining the equations

I've tried dde.saveplot but it requires losshistory, train_state and I cannot use plot function of matplotlib on a pointcloud

    geom = dde.geometry.PointCloud(pcloud.points())
    # variable = dde.callbacks.VariableValue([], period=1000, filename="variables.dat")
    # losshistory, train_state = model.train(iterations=1, callbacks=[variable])  # 80000
    # dde.saveplot(issave=False, isplot=True)
    plt.plot()
    plt.show()

Suggestions on alternate options will be of great help.
