OperatorBC Constraint on a closeby value of y(output of neural network)

I wanted to know whether I can specify Operatorbc constraints close to a specific value of output such that coefficient in my PDE attaines certain value corresponding to that output while solving inverse problem.

Any suggestions in this regard will be truly helpful.

Essentially,I wanted to ask you that can I provide OperatorBC constraint with specific y value instead of x as currently I incorpoorate the BCs as following : constraint42 = dde.OperatorBC(geom,constraint_42,lambda x,_: dde.utils.isclose(x[0],0.457))

So, I wanted to know is there a way so that I can provide y[0] inside isclose function instead of x[0].

Any headers in this regard will be helpful.
