Update index.rst to include a link to an introductory course

I included a link to an introductory course on PINNs and DeepONet on the Documentation section on index.rst.

Thank you for adding the link. I am thinking about the best location to add this info. How about adding a section "Tutorial" in this page https://github.com/lululxvi/deepxde/blob/master/docs/user/research.rst ? Similar to the current sections of "PINN", "Deep neural operators", and "Multi-fidelity NN".

Dear Lu, I just fixed the errata, but there is a remaining error which, I do believe, has nothing to do with my changes.
